Progressive Compliance
Our Progressive Compliance utilizes two to four inspections per month, informal notes, letters, and direct communication. Compliance generally will improve dramatically without the legal fees to the association or conflict. We still have the option of utilize letters from legal counsel, and fines, if able through the covenants, when necessary.

We have an in-house check scanner connected directly to the bank. We will provide a free lockbox services and for HOA's we have a check scanner in the office for quicker processing. Elite Property Management does not charge for ARB reports and processes them in one to two days.
